He has over 20 years of experience helping clients, from first-time home-buyers to resort buyers, with all their home financing needs. We center all interactions on our company’s core philosophy, “Transferring Trust”, and strive to earn and retain our client’s trust.

Over 20 years of experience enables Jamie to find the best loan product to meet his client’s needs and to ensure a smooth loan process from application to closing.

How Do We Transfer Trust?
Jamie, the founder and owner of New South Mortgage, oversees all company operations, and works hard to ensure the company operates to his expectations. “I believe in attention to detail, full responsibility, and continuous improvement” says Jamie. A 1994 graduate of Vanderbilt University, he has a B.A. in Economics and English, and before founding New South Mortgage in 1998, Jamie served as a loan officer at both Prime Financial Group and Care Mortgage.
Jamie is an Eagle Scout and is active in the community as a Boy Scout leader and youth basketball coach, as well as serving as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Born in Columbia, SC, Culler lives on Daniel Island with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Hannah and Will.
Born and raised in Aiken, SC, Tim moved to Charleston in 1996 to attend the College of Charleston. At the College of Charleston, he received a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Music Composition
During his college career, he worked in retail and performed music locally. “My four years of retail experience has truly made me appreciate customer service,”‘ states Tim.
Tim says: "I feel that excellent customer service is the key to success in the Mortgage Industry. It is a simple concept; treat others the way you would like to be treated. In other words, I will treat your loan as if it were my own."
As processor, Zach prepares and submits the files to underwriting and assists mortgage consultants where needed. He oversees all the little details that need to be coordinated to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
Before joining New South Mortgage, he worked in the family business with Clarence Culler and Company and attended Lander University in Greenwood, SC. In his free time he enjoys fishing, gardening, and fanatically rooting for the Gamecocks and the Detroit Tigers!
Born and raised in North, SC, he lived in Mt. Pleasant where he honed his mortgage processing skills. Thanks to technology, he’s been able to move back to his hometown run the processing center from there!
